📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end shipment processes for import and export via sea or air
• Maintain and update shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliance with international regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition
• Prepare and submit customs clearance documents and other required paperwork
• Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and manifests
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and forwarding

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, forwarding, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with shipping software such as SeaStar, CargoWise, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
