📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of PERSOL's cinema locations in Bali.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ticketing, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of cinema staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote cinema events and offerings.
• Represent PERSOL at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cinema management or a related field.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cinema industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with cinema management software such as Cinemaware, Box Office Pro, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
