As an Export Import Compliance Specialist at Transcon Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the import/export processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process PLB permits for import/export operations
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export standards
- Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics partners to streamline import/export processes
- Monitor and report on compliance status and regulatory changes
- Provide training and support to internal teams on customs and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and optimize import/export processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export/import compliance or related field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
