📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance environmental resilience and sustainability in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and coordinate a team of environmental specialists, researchers, and project managers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with local communities, governments, and NGOs to promote sustainable practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with environmental and climate goals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in environmental science and technology.
• Represent Green Horizon Indonesia at industry conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental management, climate resilience, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading complex environmental projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in environmental software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and ENVI.
• Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
