In this role, you will daily perform a variety of clinical chemistry tests using advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, spectrophotometers, and other specialized instruments. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, contributing to the overall quality of patient care at PT Sehat Bersama.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of clinical chemistry tests including blood glucose, cholesterol, liver function tests, and kidney function tests.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, spectrophotometers, and other specialized instruments.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations for patient care.
• Document and maintain patient records and test results in accordance with medical regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of laboratory practice.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical chemistry and laboratory technology.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical chemistry laboratory work.
• Certification in Clinical Chemistry from a recognized institution such as the American Board of Clinical Chemistry (ABCC) or the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft, LIS (Laboratory Information System), and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality in laboratory practice.
