HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Project Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This is a hybrid role with a morning shift, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and management.,Proficient in project management tools and software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
