In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to cancer patients. You will be responsible for administering chemotherapy, monitoring patients' response to treatment, and educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment options. Our center uses state-of-the-art equipment and follows international best practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments under the supervision of oncology doctors.
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and report any adverse effects to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment plans, and side effects.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform routine patient assessments and vital sign monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology nursing.
- Certification as an Oncology Nurse Specialist (ONS) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
