📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement Montessori-based lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence and creativity.
• Assist children in developing practical life skills, sensory activities, and language development.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to support the overall growth and development of each child.
• Monitor and assess children's progress using Montessori observation and evaluation methods.
• Stay updated with the latest Montessori educational practices and trends.
• Participate in school events and activities to enhance the learning experience for all children.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages each child to reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Montessori Teacher Certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Montessori education, preferably in a kindergarten setting.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
• Passion for child development and a commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
