📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in analyzing sales data using Power BI and Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the merchandising team in inventory planning and forecasting, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Help develop and implement merchandising strategies, including seasonal promotions and product placements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining merchandising records and reports.
• Learn and apply best practices in retail merchandising, supported by mentorship from senior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and consumer behavior is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
