📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of national drug control policies and programs in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and coordinate activities with local law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and international partners.
• Develop and execute effective drug control strategies to combat drug abuse and trafficking.
• Ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations related to drug control.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of drug control programs and initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the BNN team in Pangkalpinang.
• Represent BNN in regional and national drug control forums and conferences.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the community by promoting drug-free environments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement, drug control, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management skills with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international drug control policies and programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Possession of a relevant degree or certification from a recognized institution.
