📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the university's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems by implementing proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to faculty, students, and researchers, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the university's IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference and training purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the university's IT infrastructure.
• Participate in university-wide projects and initiatives to support academic and research activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in system administration and network management.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure in a research-intensive university environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IT tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise-level systems.
• Ability to travel to other NTU campuses and locations as required.
