📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end shipment processes for import and export via sea or air
- Maintain and update shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliance with international regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition
- Prepare and submit customs clearance documents and other required paperwork
- Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and manifests
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and forwarding
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, forwarding, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with shipping software such as SeaStar, CargoWise, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
