📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successful and integrated into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
