📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry and trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
