Sea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and M&A initiatives that will help us achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify and execute on strategic opportunities, and you will be responsible for managing the entire M&A process, from target identification to deal execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive revenue and profitability,Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets and opportunities,Manage the entire M&A process, including due diligence, negotiation, and deal execution,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential acquisition targets, investors, and other business partners,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present financial and strategic reports to senior leadership,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful integration of acquired businesses,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in M&A and strategic growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field,Proven track record of identifying and executing successful M&A transactions,Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data and models,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
