📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel.,Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.,Perform routine checks and tests to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning correctly.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
