📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
  • Ensure that all pastries meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Meet production deadlines and targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure that all pastries are properly labeled and packaged.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food handler's permit.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
