📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth running of processes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
