📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
