📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to meet project goals,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and developing new team members,Conduct regular performance reviews,Maintain accurate records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian and English
