📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain purchasing strategies to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers both locally and internationally.
  • Manage the procurement process, from request to delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with international trade and logistics is a plus.
