Den Cloud Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy Staff Kitchen to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic cooking skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
