📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely.,Monitor inventory levels and alert staff when restocking is needed.,Follow company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
