As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products, as well as offering personalized recommendations to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining our store's appearance and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products through various marketing and sales activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products to customers
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that products are displayed attractively and organized
• Promote the brand and products through various marketing and sales activities
• Assist customers with product application and usage
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Stock and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are always available
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, preferably as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products, including their benefits, ingredients, and application methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about beauty and skincare and committed to providing exceptional customer service
