📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure food quality, portion control, and adherence to health and safety standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain menu consistency and quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
