📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing the department's daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee the department's team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and report to the Department Head and senior management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.,Handle departmental administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Department Head in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.,Foster a positive and productive work environment within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
