📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficient and effective operation of the production facilities.,Monitor and maintain high-quality standards and productivity levels.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement production strategies and goals.,Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
