Life Diamond Jaya is seeking a Lead IT Support to manage and oversee the IT infrastructure and support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a proven track record of managing IT teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the IT support team, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment.,Train and mentor junior IT support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on managing IT teams.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and support a team.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Certifications in IT support and related fields are a plus.,Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices is a plus.
