Accor Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance personnel, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with maintenance procedures and vehicle repair techniques.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
