📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for the role.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Working with the HR team to coordinate the hiring process and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.,Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.,Maintaining and updating job postings and company profiles on various job boards and social media platforms.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
