Puskesmas Budi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are covered.,Manage banquet reservations, including confirming bookings, handling cancellations, and addressing customer inquiries.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decor.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and meet customer expectations.,Maintain accurate records of banquet bookings, customer information, and event details.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Assist in training and supporting junior staff members in banquet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
