📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop store staff to achieve high performance standards.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or healthcare management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
